Policies

We believe our clients should leave feeling beautiful and happy with the service they have received. However, if for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust their cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment at no additional charge and 48 hours for spa and nail services. We also believe that your home-care regiment should perform to your expectations. If they do not, we will exchange your products with another product that will best suit your needs within 10 days of original purchase.
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone two days prior to the appointment. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service if appointment is unable to be rescheduled and/or cancelled within 24 hours.
